Eric & Jackie Danner

In January 2020, the Danner’s joined the Moffett Road Assembly of God family as Lead Pastors. Leading the church through an unprecedented time in our worlds history God used them both to care for the city of Mobile & our church family. It was during this time that God began to download a vision that would not only change the face of our church, but insert us fully into the DNA of our great city, the city of refuge. It was in this season God gave Pastor Eric & Jackie the vision of what would be our purpose as we moved into the post-pandemic world. Through their leadership & Gods prompting our church became Refuge Church, as we are the place of refuge pointing to the God of Refuge.

Together they have a combined 30 years experience in serving God’s people in a full time capacity. They have served as Youth Pastors, Campus Pastors, & Lead Pastors in both Alabama & Florida. Their reach doesn’t stop there. They lead missions projects, speak youth camps, & share the Gospel message all over the world.

They show us daily what it means Celebrate Christ, Love All People, & Change The World.
